AYM works with Trusts and Foundations who share our belief that musical opportunities should be available to all talented children and young people. The Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation generously supported Furthering Talent from 2017 to 2019.
Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation is in place to champion access, participation and education in the arts, culture and heritage. We prioritise support to projects that promote diversity, encourage access and enable people to develop their abilities and careers by providing professional education, training, apprenticeships and work place experience in all areas of the arts. The Foundation is delighted to have provided funding to Awards for Young Musicians Furthering Talent Programme, providing tuition, mentoring and support to enable children with emerging potential to continue their musical journey and boost their confidence. The Foundation supports AYM in their aim to reach young people from disadvantaged or challenging backgrounds.
