9 year old Reuben recently joined AYM’s Furthering Talent programme in Leicestershire.

He now receives free weekly one to one violin lessons and is leading his own journey of musical exploration. As well as the violin, he’s had the chance to explore saxophone, guitar, and drums! He says:

“I enjoy learning new songs in my lessons and playing them at home. Playing my music makes me feel happy and calm.”

As well as music, Reuben also loves sports including skateboarding, roller skating and football.
