Could you help tell the story of AYM’s pioneering work in supporting musically talented young people from low income families? As a new NPO and NYMO it’s an exciting time to join us!
We’re looking to recruit two new roles: a freelance External Evaluator and a part-time Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.
External Evaluator: Expressions of interest are invited by Monday 24 April and selected candidates will be asked to submit a full proposal by Tuesday 9 May. Interviews will be held in London on Wednesday 17 May.
Monitoring and Evaluation Manager: Deadline for applications is Tuesday 2 May. Interviews will be held in Bristol on Thursday 1 June.

Reports to: Chief Executive, Awards for Young Musicians
Hours of work: 7 hours per week with the potential to expand these hours.
Contract: Fixed term contract for one year (subject to renewal).
Salary: £35,000 pro rata salary, equating to £7,000 per year based on one day per week with reasonable expenses in addition.
This is a home-based, flexible position, although occasional travel will be required.

Hours of work: 50 days (based on 8 hours per day) across 12 months.
Contract: Fixed term contract for one year (subject to renewal).
Fee: £250 per day for 50 days, so £12,500 in total, with reasonable expenses in addition.
This is a home-based, flexible position, although extensive travel will be required.
